Policies
Reservations:
- Must disclose number of guests (and pets if applicable) at time of booking and check-in.
- A fee of $100 per occurrence will be added for any additional people or pets not disclosed at time of booking and check-in.
- Changes to reservations may be subject to availability and additional charges.
- Guests must provide id.
- Check-in time: 11:00 AM
- Check-out time: 10:30 AM
- We will do our best to fulfill any orders for early check-in / late check-out. Please note, there are no early check-ins on Satudays, or late check-outs on Fridays.
- Payment for the entire stay is due upon check-in.
- Acceptable forms of payment: credit cards, cash, Zelle, Venmo.
- A security deposit may be required upon arrival for cash payments.
- Cancellations made at least 15-days prior to your arrival date are eligible for a full future credit (usable within 1 year) OR a full refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee.

- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- Pets are welcome for a small, additional fee.
- Pets are not to be left alone in rooms.
- Pets must be leashed when outside. They are not allowed on the grass area, as children play in that space.
- Guests must clean up after and are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A $100 discovery charge will be applied for any smoking inside a room.
- Whenever smoking outside please use extra precaution as this is a heavily wooded area with lots of tinder on the ground.
- Please dispose of cigarettes properly in an ashtray.
- No outside fires allowed except in the designated fire pits
- If the fire danger level is HIGH, no fires are allowed at all, including charcoal.
- NO FIREWORKS!
- No cleaning of fish inside of the rooms.
- For your convenience we have an outside fish cleaning sink for use.
- Rentals are prioritized to resort guests first, then open up to the outside public.
- Recommend booking in advance.
- Boat rentals are non-refundable.
- Boats will not be rented when there is bad weather.
- Rentals require at least one adult be present, and a liability waiver must be signed before use.
- Damages or theft to rentals will be assessed to the credit card on file.
- One vehicle per room permitted in the main parking area.
- If you have additional vehicles please let us know ahead of time as parking space is limited.
- Quiet time starts at 10:00pm. Having a good time is encouraged, but you may not be disruptive to other guests. Please use common courtesy.
- Only guests of the Rainbow Lake Resort are allowed to congregate on the property.
- We expect all guests to follow the good general rule of leaving a place better than you found it. All rooms receive a post-occupancy inspection and by booking a reservation you acknowledge responsibility for any damages or theft incurred during your stay, which will be charged to your credit card.
- Excessive messiness will incur additional charges.
- This is an outdoor environment. It is your responsibility to take care of yourself and your dependants, especially near the water, and common areas.
- We are not liable for any accidents, injuries or loss of any kind.
- Paintball and BB guns are not allowed for use on the property.
- Any firearms must be permitted and disclosed upon arrival.
- We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.
- Information collected during booking and stay is used solely for operational purposes.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
